Visa Event Branding

Inspiring the next generation of leaders

For the second year in a row, Visa hosted their global intern team in San Francisco. We collaboratively ideated and executed an aspirational summit theme that both onboarded interns and built lasting loyalty and post-grad retention.

Throughout the three-day event, attendees were continuously engaged. Unique activations allowed them to share facts about themselves, goals and areas of focus. This built connections between interns from all over the world—and a foundation for future working relationships.

We knew that Visa interns wouldn’t just want to get to know one another. They’d want to share this experience with their friends and networks. So we designed digital tactics that showed off the Destination Everywhere event and grew awareness of the Visa intern program.
